ZS999 accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit at ZS999 is Rs 200. There is no maximum single deposit unless a higher-tier limit is communicated to you individually based on your account verification level.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. ZS999 may request proof that the payment method belongs to you before processing withdrawals. Deposits that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder will be refunded minus any transaction costs incurred.
The minimum withdrawal at ZS999 is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are processed on a first-in, first-out basis during standard operating hours. ZS999 aims to process all withdrawal requests within one to four hours for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and within one business day for IBFT bank transfers.
Before processing any withdrawal, ZS999 requires that your account verification is complete. Withdrawals from accounts that have not completed CNIC verification will be held pending completion of that process. A bet may be voided by ZS999 in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before completion, a manifest error occurred in the odds displayed (see clause 6.4), or the bet was placed after an event had already concluded (late bet). Void bets have stakes returned in full to your ZS999 account balance.
ZS999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were the result of an obvious technical or manual error — for example, decimal odds of 1000.00 on a heavily favoured event outcome. ZS999 will take reasonable steps to identify and correct such errors promptly and will communicate the void to affected members via email and account notification.
All Random Number Generator (RNG) casino games at ZS999 — including roulette, slots, and virtual sports — are powered by independently certified RNG technology.
